Beachfront holiday rental in Keweenaw County

Our group had a wonderful stay here! It was a great way to disconnect from the bustle of daily life. The lake was so peaceful and we loved playing games by lantern light in the greateoom. Rebecca was super helpful with explaining the how-tos of off grid living and it was super easy to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be coming back again in the future!

A great place to stay and centrally located. Great place for a break... but close enough to all that the Keweenaw has to offer.

Cozy, clean, peaceful cottage! Lovely view from the wrap-around porch. Loved the location and being so close to the beach. Great place to travel with our dogs. Close enough to local restaurants and plenty of cute shops nearby to explore, along with lots of outdoor activities. Cell service was limited and the Wi-Fi was very spotty, but would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the cabin, it is comfortable and goes back to the basics of what’s important. It’s near copper harbor which has what you could need nearby and the cabin was outfitted with everything we needed for a good time. There were a lot of thoughtful touches that went into it! We loved that we could bring our dog and it was comfortable for four people. The guides were helpful and we even saw the Aurora the first night we were there. One night we did run into a bear on grounds but that is a potential hazard and the bear did run the opposite direction. The staff at Fresh Coast are excellent communicators and friendly. We enjoyed the conversation with others and it was just a really welcoming environment to feel included. Thank you so much for the hospitality and great stay!

We stayed for a ski/birthday weekend and it was perfect. Sherry was great offering suggestions on dining and weekend happenings. Watching the deer in the morning was a highlight. The nearby cottages were close but still felt secluded. We hope to return!

We appreciated easily being able to easily communicate with Martha about any questions we had. House was well supplied with all we needed to make our stay hassle free. Very good the attention to detail on the little items that often get overlooked. Comfortable and very easy to feel at "home"

Philip is an extremely friendly, kind and accommodating host. Everything was well communicated which made our arrival and check in stress free. We had a minor issue during our stay that was no fault of Philip’s and the issue was completely unexpected. Immediately upon notifying Philip he went above and beyond to correct the issue and accommodate us in any way possible to keep it from affecting our stay. We were so pleasantly surprised at his response and desire to help. Truly amazing and unheard of customer service in this day and age. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him! You can’t ask for a better host or a more lovely property. Everything was clean and comfortable. The setting is peaceful, cozy, and private. And the cabin and surrounding area is lovely and truly a little piece of heaven. Thank you, Philip, for a lovely weekend at North Shore Cottages. Hope to see you again soon.

We were able to stay here for a few nights. We stayed at both of Anjila's properties and both are wonderful. As I stated in my other review these places are a part of a duplex with a shared common area but it is fantastic. The hosts are amazing people; incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. The view is simply breathtaking! You cannot stay any closer to the lake unless you sleep on the beach. Everything is appointed to have the best possible experience. I forgot to mention on my other review that the sauna marvelous. I highly recommend either of Anjila's properties. Each place has unique features. We hope to be back!

The Hosts were very proactive and caring and this attitude of care was evident in both the amentities of the property and the cleanliness of the property. Everything was very nice and clean. Kate’s place is spectacular with the best view of Lac La Belle. She was very kind and responsive to what we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Keweenaw.

This place was cool in its own unique way - me personally, I love my technology and this took me away from all of that and that was a nice break. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. And spotless! The view was incredible. The screened in porch was a nice feature as well.

We loved this location and cabin feel. Our boys could have played all day on the beach skipping rocks and exploring. We would definitely visit again.

Absolutely gorgeous home and suite in a beautiful location on Lake Superior. Nancy was an amazing host, so incredibly welcoming and nothing was overlooked. The suite was beautiful and we felt completely spoiled with all the amenities. Hunting for agates and yooperlites was our favorite pastime during our stay. I highly recommend staying at this gem on the beautiful Keweenaw Peninsula.
