The entrance to the Tőfürdő is 600m, Tavirózsa educational trail is 800m, bakery 170m, grocery store 250m, and the entrance to the market is 70m from the apartment. At the entrance of the market, there is the Hévíz dotto (small train) stop, with which you can walk around the whole city, you can get on and off at each stop. Shops and cafes are also a few minutes' walk away. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, an American-style kitchen and a living room.
