This is the perfect place for us for our extended stay!

Shelly’s place was lovely and a great location! We were able to walk to get coffee, dinner, and enjoy shopping in downtown area several times and always felt safe. Her place was very clean and just like the descriptions. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

The three of us had a great stay! The location was extremely convenient to the golf course. The check-in process was super easy via lockbox. The hosts provided wonderful guest service! The online listing was accurate. The home was nice, clean, and uncluttered! The home had been updated. The home has a lot of windows, and the views were great! This place is a gem! So quiet, peaceful and private! Every possible amenity was provided - if I had forgotten to pack anything I would have had no need to worry, the Compartment has it all. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly; they gave us great dinner recommendations and were flexible with check-out. Watching the deer in the evenings is a must, and the deck has been recently updated to include a small pool which is perfect for taking a dip on a warm summer evening. My only regret was that I didn't book our stay for longer!

Absolute Charm is Absolutely Perfect! We've stayed at other properties owned by Absolute Charm, and every time is a perfect experience. This unit is about a year old, and it looks and feels brand new. Plenty of space to relax and stretch out, a full kitchen for cooking, everything is sparkling clean, and there are so many thoughtful decor and useful touches, like the bowl on the nightstand for jewelry, the charging stations on either side of the beds, extra towels for the hot tub. It's also in a wonderful location- it's one of 6 Airbnb units in their own little mini neighborhood, and just a few minutes' drive to all the Fredericksburg shopping and dining you care to enjoy. 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at this cozy little house in Kerrville! It was super clean, thoughtfully decorated, and had such a warm, homey vibe. The host was great — very responsive and made everything easy. Check-in was smooth, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place absolutely exceeded all our expectations! The cabins were fantastic, and the sunset views from the hot tub were truly unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the living room offered plenty of space to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!

We loved this place! It was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was a short drive away from Main St and other places. Personally, I loved the musical instruments since I am a musician and I was able to play for a while. It felt very cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and i could not recommend Alton’s place any higher. If you’re looking for a private peaceful setting, and one very close to town… this one is what you’re looking for. The advertised description of the home is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Mary and Ken’s wildlife ranch is hands-down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It’s private, serene, perfectly situated in hill country, just outside of Fredericksburg. The home itself has everything you need and is the best stocked Airbnb I have ever encountered. The wildlife was amazing… we easily counted over 60 wild deer each day coming and going, as well as wild hog, turkey, and many birds. As an Airbnb host this is the level of hosting I strive for… they have thought of everything and ensure that you are well looked after; they are kind and generous hosts. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who is looking for a getaway away from the crowd, but close enough to go to town if you want to.

The river is beautiful! Can spend all day walking down it and watching the fish and large variety of birds! A really great spot for skipping rocks and just enjoying nature!

We cannot speak highly enough, of this wonderful property, and Landlords. Our family lives in Kerrville, TX, and we live in Northern Michigan. Driving for 1,714 miles one way, we stay awhile, because of retirement, so since we love and appreciate our family, we want them to maintain their normal routines and living space. This wonderful unit makes that a very perfect option for all of us. We want to return next year if it is available. The Huffman’s. .

We came for the 75th annual Kerrville Folk Festival and the accommodations were only 10 minutes from the festival site. We really appreciated the comfort at the end of the night after being at the festival all day on Saturday and again on Sunday

We loved this place. The staff was 5* amazing.

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's place. It was very clean, conveniently close to things, and quiet. It looked just like the pictures. The shower was really good. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I felt very at home and comfortable. The space was gorgeous and the design was well thought out. Everything matched the photos and the amenities that were listed were all there and available for use. Fully planning to book again!
