We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

The beautiful grounds, complete with chickens and a cozy fire pit with provided firewood, made the experience even more memorable. Our stay was a last-minute booking on Christmas Day after we arrived at another Airbnb that was unsanitary and unacceptable. The hosts were wonderful, giving us instant access to their property and turning what could have been a disastrous holiday into an unforgettable experience. This home is thoughtfully maintained, and the hosts’ kindness and responsiveness truly set it apart. Feel confident booking this property—you won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb over the weekend! The place was absolutely amazing—spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We had a lot of fun throughout our stay. Gus was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

We spent a long weekend getaway at Pete’s with our children. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is very close to everything but also secluded in a private neighborhood tucked back away from the main road. It had every single thing we needed and way more. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch. We would absolutely stay again. Pete was a great host- he was easy to communicate with and gave very clear instructions.

We had a wonderful stay in Bakersfield! The home was spacious, clean, and had plenty of room for my family and my sisters. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—truly felt luxurious after a long day. I especially loved the family bedroom setup with a queen bed and two twins—perfect for making my young boys comfortable in a new environment! One of the highlights was staying in such a unique and historical place right in the heart of downtown. It felt like we were part of the city’s story. Highly recommend this stay for families or groups looking for comfort, charm, and a great location.

I had a large group getting together for our annual friendsgiving celebration and this place was perfect! Everything was comfortable and easy. They even allowed me to check-in early which I really appreciated. The location is beautiful. We went on a hike and utilized the club pickleball courts. The only thing was there wasn’t a dishwasher- which was a bit surprising given the size of the house and kitchen. It was okay for us, but something to be aware of if you plan to do a lot of cooking as we did. Otherwise a very well equipped house. Overall everything was great and we all had a good time.!
