Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

Recently remodeled in law suite. We just upgraded the bed to a queen size. Very private, detached garage getaway. A cozy sitting area 60" CableTV with HBO SHOWTIME and STARZ. Wet bar with fridge, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, dishes and some cookware. Private bath has shower and a walk in closet. This private apt. is above the garage. Outside has fenced in yard for your furry friend, outdoor fire pit and sitting area. Close to the interstate and minutes from downtown.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. No Parties

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Kitchen has Keurig coffee maker, convection oven, inferred glass top burner, microwave, refrigerator/freezer w/ice, washer/dryer& a large marble shower, with heated floors in the shower room. Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

Our guest suite is located in the daylight basement of our family home and can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are a 20-minute drive from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland. Only 15 minutes from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill.
