Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Just 3 miles from I-24 and walking distance to Patti’s. Enjoy your stay within walking distance of all that Grand Rivers has to offer. Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
