Finished basement includes add'l sleeping space (2 bunk beds, full bed on bottom with twin on top), washer/dryer along with a walk-out door to the lake. Patio, charcoal grill, firepit and dock. Excellent fishing, sandy lake frontage. In the winter, the home is located on the snowmobile trail. Large parking area for trailer or boats.

The cottage is located on Wilson Lake, part of Phillips Chain of Lakes. There is a small beach area with a wonderful fire pit with free fire wood, picnic bench and swim raft located on the property.
