Very modern and spacious apartment, just like on the pictures. Great location, walkable distance to the key areas, with lots of food and coffee options just around the corner. The host is very responsive and guest-focused. We'd definitely come back.

Abdelkrim is very welcoming and friendly. Responds very quickly and gives lots of tips for nice places to visit and good restaurants. The place was clean and spacious enough. The beds are perfect! My stay in this apartment was fantastic. It is beautiful and very well equipped, with modern decor, and a multitude of details that make the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Its location is very good, close to the tram, the sea and the monumental area (about 15 minutes walk). The area is surrounded by cafes, bakeries, shops, a supermarket, restaurants, banks, etc. Regarding the host, Nouaman is a very friendly and helpful person, always willing to help. He responds to messages quickly, and in our case, he helped us with the currency change and the printing of shipping letters. In short, an apartment that I recommend 100% and will return to soon.

we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!

We had an exceptional stay with Maha's family. The apartment is simply stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that allowed us to enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening. We had a great time! Naima is a host as we almost see more. She cares about the well-being of her guests, her apartment is furnished in fact to make you feel at home. Everything is very clean both the apartment itself and the bed linen, bath towels... It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine with pod, laundry, iron, buoy and children's armband, sea shoes...) really nothing is missing. The residence is very secure with security guards who make rounds very often. Large parking lot in the residence. Very clean pools, many restaurants within walking distance, beach 2 minutes walk. I really couldn't find anything negative about our stay. I definitely recommend, you won't regret your stay.

Very nice apartment, located a 5-minute walk from the beaches of the nations. The apartment is located in a very well guarded residential complex with a beautiful pool just downstairs from the apartment. We were hosted by our host and her family very well. I would recommend this apartment to all those who want peace and quiet and safe

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. We had a fun time! Thierry is very warm, attentive and gives good advice. The accommodation is even prettier in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We were afraid of being hot, the sea air is 100 times better than air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to have a vehicle to stay in the area. Remember to do some shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!
