Ranta-Erkkilä - Maaseudun rauhaa Simojoen rannalla

Rentoudu perheen kanssa luonnon keskellä Simojoen törmällä! Pihalla hyvin tilaa lapsille. Pihalta pääsee kävelemään metsään, jossa menee valmiita polkuja ja talvella kelkan jälkiä. Koirien ulkoiluttaminenkin on helppoa luonnossa. Talossa keittiö, puulämmitteinen sauna, pesutilat, pesukone, kuivausrumpu, tv, ilmalämpöpumppu, wifi ja jokinäkymä Simojoelle. Valmiina petivaatteet, pyyhkeet ja pesuaineet. Lapsille leluja ja pelejä! Pihalla uusi grillimökki ja rannassa laavu tulisteluun!

Siisti mökki Iijoen rannassa

Mökki sijaitsee omassa rauhassa Iijoen rannassa. Mökkiin mahtuu 1-3 hlo. Soutuvene, uinti -ja kalastusmahdollisuus. Ylirannan ratsutila 6 km, Iin keskusta 11 km. Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

The villa has two separate sections under one roof: the main side includes a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a workstation. The sauna wing features a wood-fired sauna, bathroom, and a third bedroom with another workstation—accessed via a covered terrace. Enjoy stunning sea views, relax in the outdoor hot tub (included). Ideal for both leisure and remote work.

Tervetuloa viihtymään remontoituun sympaattiseen rintamamiestaloon Tornion puuluodossa, joka soveltuu isomallekin ryhmälle. Iso 4000m2 piha pihasaunoineen takaa viihtymisen. Talo on 50- luvulta, mutta hiljattain remontoitu. Lähellä monipuoliset liikkumismahdollisuudet. Liinavaatteet kuuluu hintaan! Nice old house from 1953. House is completely renovated. Our home, Willow Field House, is situated in the genuine countryside village, Loue, only 50 minutes drive from the biggest cities in Lapland; Rovaniemi and Kemi-Tornio. On your stay you can enjoy the real country life; easy going activities or just have a good night sleep. Fully equipped home in Lapland with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room, large terrace and renovated bathroom. Extra house with sauna and guest room (in the summer time). Close to Kemi city with access to all services. Please note, while there are no bus services in the area, having a car or taxi will ensure seamless travel to explore the surrounding beauty.

Villa Åberg, Kuivaniemi

Well-equipped cottage on a large plot and next to river and nature. The cottage has sleeping places for eight + baby-size bed. Big outdoor sauna gives warm steams and barbecue hut is available for cooking and warming up. Outside we have plenty of different sorts of outdoor games and a play stand. Inside there are 2 TVs, game console and different board games.
