The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso ~ countryside house ~

JokiLaakso is a traditional old-fashioned grandma, a grandma's cottage, the first part of which was built in the 1920s. It is located in the tranquility of the countryside, under the aurora borealis and in the light of summer nights, but only 500m from the 4-way. Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a charming log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. Welcome to a cozy 100 sqm detached house, in a quiet and idyllic seaside setting. The accommodation price includes bed linen and towels, basic necessities for cooking (spices, cooking oil, etc.), laundry detergent and all the basic equipment needed for living. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
