Holiday rentals with a patio in Kelmend

Entry and exit was very seamless. Location of the house was very central. House was decently cleaned. It had kitchen equipment, nespresso machine and capsules and also tea. However it was a bit cold. It had a heater in bedroom and an AC in living room. Heater was working fine but AC wasn't really heating the place up.(maybe we couldn't figure it out.) Overall i would stay here again on my next trip.

Very well located accommodation, with parking space, very quiet neighborhood close to the city center. Very clean accommodation, very nice view, impeccable. A little extra: blackout curtains, the sun rises early and woke us up.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was cozy, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the city center, which made it super convenient to explore. There’s also a mall right next to the building with fresh fruits and veggies, which was a nice bonus. Plenty of bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and both the main train and bus stations are less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This is an apartment I've stayed in at different times before. And as always, I had a very nice experience. I was satisfied before and it was just as nice.

Hello everyone, 🙋🏻‍♂️ the landlord was a very caring and helpful person. He responded very quickly to our questions and provided us with information about the city. The house is very beautiful, just like in the pictures, very comfortable and in the center of the city. I can recommend it to everyone.

Does what it says on the tin- you get what you pay for. Super close to the airport, skadar Lake and a few good authentic restaurants.

The stay was great overall. The apartment is modern and of high quality and furnished. The welcome was very friendly and familiar. We were also provided with bicycles free of charge on request as well as tips for restaurants in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we can recommend the place with a clear conscience.

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

We got upgraded to a different accomodation after finding the initially booked one not to our satisfaction. Communication was fast and easy and everything was done within 2 hours.

This house is amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful you won’t believe. The house itself is gorgeous, an old style with lovely vintage furniture. And as for cleanliness, it’s completely spotless. The local area is so beautiful, truly one of the most incredible places in Europe. All the beds are very comfortable. Varja was a great host and put us in touch with local people to go on boat trips etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

There is no better place in Podgorica. The apartment is located in a quiet, intimate neighborhood among single-family houses. From here, everything is close. You are in the city center, and you have peace, quiet and intimacy. Very nice place. I highly recommend it!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Marko responded immediately every time we communicated with him. The place was very comfortable. Everything worked. They had everything we needed and some. He was very helpful and the family was friendly, including their dog. The pretty much let us alone but asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. When he saw me adjusting something in our vehicle he made sure we were ok and offered to help if needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and clean with lovely views. It’s in a great location, and we loved Shkoder.

If we could give ana a 6/5 we would. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She waa helpful when it came to storing our luggages and was even nice enough to offer a super late check out since the apartment happen to be available the nexy day. It was of great help to us as we had a night flight to catch. Her place is clean, functional and simple. Some great food options nearby and on glovo. Not too far from the main bus station or the airport. A cab to the bus station and the airpprt should cost you 4.5 euros and 11 euros respectively. Despite not being in the city center, we found the walk doable and snacked on whatever food establishments on the way(ice cream, bars, cafes). The building the apartment is in is new and has a well functioning lift(great for our bulky luggages). Corridors are clean and we felt extremely safe. All in all, we definitely reccomend both Ana as a host and her place. Thank you Ana for making our stay in Podgorica so enjoyable ❤️

The apartment matched the description and photos perfectly. Check-in was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The host was very polite and accommodating, even helping us with an early check-in. Everything went great — I definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed for 6 nights and I must say this was one of the best flats we’ve been to, but not just how it looked, also the host. The communication was smooth, fast answers all the time whenever we had a question, we got a lot of suggestions on where to go as well. In terms of the flat – 2 very nice balconies with nice views, everything inside looks almost luxury, the variation of lights, the comfy chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and there is a quite modern washing machine. The Internet was good for any type of calls/videocalls/work. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station, very close to the central walking area as well, and the bus station to the castle is just across the street. In general everything was super cosy and pleasant. Highly recommended and would come back again.

We had a great time at Edin's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Wifi was very fast, never had an issue while working or streaming. Very conveniently located to everything and the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely stay again and will recommend anyone looking in the area to stay there as well.
