Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Long or short term rental. This cutie of a farm house was built in 1841 and is one of the oldest homes in Collin County. Wrap around covered porch with a swing to watch the sunset or overlook the 40 plus acres of rolling meadows and trees surrounding the home. You could possibly spot some deer, wild turkey, or hear the coyotes howl at the full moon. This home is very close to wedding venues, Hurricane Creek Country Club, and a short drive to downtown McKinney.
