It is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and who want a time of relaxation.

Cozy apartment quiet and central

The cozy apartment is on the second floor of our apartment building. It can be reached via the shared stairwell and is a self-contained unit. The balcony offers a generous view of the gardens of the surrounding houses. The Hercules landmark of the documenta city can be seen from the window. The apartment is centrally located, the ICE train station is within walking distance approx. 20 minutes away and the city center about 30 minutes. Nearby to public transportation.

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

It is fully equipped, has a friendly living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV, 2 balconies (the south balcony with lake view), a bedroom, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a kitchenette and a dining area. Towels and linens are included. The beds are already made upon your arrival, so you can start your vacation right away.

Large garden with veranda and multiple terraces, sauna and relaxation room, table tennis table and hammocks. Private driveway with space for several cars. To get to the house you have to go up a few stairs, but this is rewarded with a beautiful view.

Haus am Bach is our new group accommodation in Referinghausen. This luxury vacation villa is a stone's throw away from Haus am wilde Aar. The home was completely renovated in 2026 into a spacious and comfortable vacation home for up to 18 people. Inside, you will find a warm, cozy decor with a pleasant seating area and a wood-burning stove, while outside, the large garden invites you to relax, play and be together.
