Paras mahdollinen paikka majoittua. Lähellä Riikaa, rauhallinen ympäristö ja todella kodikas paikka. Majoittajan kanssa kommunikointi sujui loistavasti.

Ļoti patika atpūta :) realitātē māja ir lielāka, nekā bildēs. Bija viss nepieciešamais un pat vairāk. Saimniece ļoti draudzīga un pretimnākoša. Noteikti rekomendējam šo atpūtas namiņu un paši arī 100% atgriezīsimies :) Paldies!

Замечательное ,тихое и спокойное место. Где вдали от городской суеты,можно насладиться тишиной и пением птиц. Уютный дом с шикарной террасой. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Красивая , ухоженная территория вокруг дома. Хозяева всегда были на связи ,заранее прислали карту как доехать. Мы провели замечательные выходные ,дом превзошёл наши ожидания Спасибо !

Super hosts and very cosy house! We spent there our winter holidays with our cats and they also felt there like home. The house is clean and ready for guests, all the necessary things are provided. Hosts even thought of providing us with drinking water, which I find very nice and kind ❤️

10/10! Highly recommend for a peacefull getaway! The house is brand new and had everything that we needed for the stay. The location is quite remote, but we did not have any issues finding it. Hosts were great. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will for sure return when we have the opportunity!

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Blisko stacja kolejowa, sklepy, ogród botaniczny. Okolica idealna na odpoczynek, było bardzo cicho. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze zapytania. Po przyjeździe czekała na nas przygotowana sauna i zimne piwka w lodowce. Bardzo polecamy wypoczynek w tym domku 😊 Jedynie co to zamontowalibysmy rolety w oknach, aby było bardziej kameralnie.

Brīnišķīgs dzīvoklis, viss kas nepieciešams ir. Dzīvoju viena, bet tur mierīgi var apmesties divas ģimenes, jo ir divas divguļamās gultas. Ļoti ērtas. Dzīvoklis arī ļoti mājīgs, īpašo noskaņojumu piešķir gaismas, kuras var saslēgt atbilstoši noskaņojumam. Ienākot dzīvoklī ir patīkama aromāts, kas personīgi man ir ļoti svarīgi. Arī ar auto novietošanu nebija problēmu. 3 min. gājienā Rimi, Top, Aibe. 8 min. ar auto līdz Akropolei. Būtu laimīga, ja mana personīgā dzīvokļa atrašanās vieta būtu tik perfektā vietā. :) Tā kā šādu pakalpojumu izmantoju pirmo reizi, biju parsteigta cik vienkarši viss notiek. Īpašniece ļoti draudzīga un atvērta. Visi jautājumi tiek kārtoti bez kavēšanās un operatīvi. Pēc nepieciešamības labprāt pati izmantošu iespēju palikt jau pārbaudītā vietā. Ja nebiedē 5 stāvs, iesaku.

I loved staying in Janis's studio. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. All of the amenities listed were available. Located close to the center of the city, it was about a five-minute walk to a grocery store and a coffee shop. And about a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station where you can get to Riga in 30 minutes.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen! Alex war leider nicht da aber ein guter Freund hat für ihn alles übernommen und es hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir wurden auch noch zum Essen eingeladen und duften auch noch eine Nacht verlängern ! All in all ein wahrer Gastgeber der sich kümmert und auch interessiert ist! Absolute Empfehlung!

Viktors and his wife Natalja were outstanding, excellent hosts. Their apartment is a great value for money, having a nice furniture and decoration inside, situated in a green area of Riga. However the surrounding area looks rather of poor infrastructure (pavements etc). The connection to the city center is very frequent lasting approx 15min or 30min during the rush hour. To sum up, I highly recommend this property!

Шикарная квартира для долгого проживания.В квартире есть все необходимое,очень чисто,приятно пахнет,очень удобная кровать,уютное освещение.Хозяин идет на контакт,очень дружелюбный.Рядом с домом есть небольшой парк,много маленьких магазинов.Единственный минус это тупые ножи

Мы останавливались уже второй раз и нам очень нравится квартира, место расположения, всё очень удобно и комфортно. Красивые окрестности Светлана очень приятная, отзывчивая, пунктуальная. Рекомендую всем, кто планирует длительный период пребывания.

Great and modern apartment right beside/in the old town! Easy to walk everywhere and everything worked really well with the host regarding the apartment.

Det här är ingen lägenhet, det är en paradvåning :) i ett mycket trevligt område med många bra restauranger. Kan rekommendera starkt!

Excellent location and a really beautiful apartment, looks just like the photos. Quick walk to old town. There is a park and a tennis club right next to the building, which was a plus for me. The host was very friendly and responding quickly. Apartment has a good and quite AC unit, which was very useful as the weather was surprisingly hot in Riga during that week. Overall, excellent stay!

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was quiet and walking distnace from main sites

We were two couples staying for four nights during Easter and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and was exactly like described. We think it was even a bit bigger than what it looked like in the pictures. The location is great, there are tons of restaurants around and the old town is only 20 minutes walk away. The instructions for check-in were clear and everything went really smoothly. Martin was a very nice host and responded quickly. We had a little trouble with the hairdryer and he made the effort to bring us a new one during our stay. We would recommend this place 100% and would stay here again.
