The nearby Nemunas Island and the famous Žalgiris Arena are 1.5km away. Santaka Park, a great place for relaxing in nature, is just 1km away.

It is a loft type studio apartment located in the centre of the city. The apartment is in one of the most beautiful renovated historical buildings in town, used to be a Telegraph building. All the windows of the apartment are to the south side looking in to a beautiful church of Soboras. No main street noises. Just outside the apartment you can find a public transport stop. Shops and restaurants are in the walking distance less then 5min. away Apartment has a free parking, TV, internet.

The apartment is in the centre of Kaunas, close to all the tourist attractions, theaters, and the old town. A big shopping mall is just around the corner, the Kaunas Žalgiris Arena is also at a walking distance. Easy to reach from the main bus and train stations. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.
