Great host who was very helpful and knowledgeable about local activities. The cave house accommodation was absolutely lovely with a great rooftop to relax on with a drink enjoying the fabulous surroundings. We also enjoyed a great traditional Turkish breakfast in a local home with a beautiful Turkish family arranged by our host. Recommend If you like spaciousness and to be away from the hustle and bustle.

I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend y

The Best of the City…

Our house, which we designed in the concept of a 1+1 boutique villa built in February 2024, is 12 km (10 minutes) from the city center. Erciyes ski resort is 7 km(10 minutes) from the gate. There is a 250 square meter garden. Heat and sound insulation are available. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has its own parking lot. It has been carefully designed so that families of 4-5 can stay comfortably. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty walking. No wifi✖️ NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED🚫

Our stay was very relaxed. We were warmly welcomed by Fatma and her partner. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the sun, the tranquility and the swimming pool in the garden. That makes the accommodation special! The room in which we stayed with five people was also fine. It was clean. Here and there, the space needed some improvement. All in all, a nice stay.
