This stone house in the shape of a mansion has 2 arched rooms on the upper floor and 2 rock rooms on the lower floor. It is suitable for large families and groups of friends. Its terrace has magnificent views. The kitchen has all kinds of utensils for cooking. It is heated by the central heating system. Our comfortable, clean and reliable authentic vineyard house is 19 km from Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı, 10 km from Hacılar Kapı, 6 km from Kayseri city center, Historical Castle, 13 km from Kayseri Airport, 14 km from Kayseri Bus Terminal, 71 km from Ürgüp Göreme. Our vineyard house has two floors and the upper floor is for rent, it has a separate entrance. We live downstairs. We can help our guests with anything.

Our house is 7 km (10 minutes) from the ski resort. It has the BEST view you can find in Kayseri. There are 3 single beds and 1 double bed. There is ABSOLUTELY no heating problem. There are 2 bathrooms. 24/7 hot water and unlimited Wi-Fi are available. Indoor parking is available. If you want to rest your soul by watching the whole city in a quiet place in the middle of nature, we will host you NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED✖️ EVENTS (CELEBRATIONS, ETC.) ARE NOT ALLOWED
