Holiday houses in Kayove

Beautiful location high on a penisula where you can look out over the water and watch the fishermen paddle in and out. It is quiet, and you can sometimes hear the fishermen sing as they paddle. The facility is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor garden-patio which is amazing. The host Andi (who does not live on site) and the on-site co-host were the most helpful AirBnB hosts I have ever encountered. It is a 7 minute walk to the nearest restaraunt (at a lodge), but we typically took a taxi to more distant locations and sites. Our cohost would cheerfully call for a taxi for us in order to communicate accurately in Kinyarwanda. Eggs, fruit, toast with jam, and coffee/tea are provided. Kitchen is nice and cooking full meals is an option. The hosts can happily arrange boat trips either with a local boat operator or using Andi's super-comfortable house boat-both at a very fair price (cash only). Pre-arrival communicaton was outstanding.

I had the most wholesome stay at Divine’s place! From the moment we arrived, I felt so welcomed. Divine is incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The place itself is pristine, beautifully decorated, and exudes warmth, truly a home away from home. Every detail has been thought out to ensure comfort, and it’s clear how much love and care has gone into creating such a beautiful space. The staff were also amazing, so kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Brigitte was incredibly helpful and flexible. A great host who opens her beautiful property up to guests. The place is great for slowing down and recharging and the view is unmatched. Will absolutely be back!

Tie and Elizabeth place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Tie and Elizabeth was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Villa Kileleshwa was nothing short of a DREAM! What a beautiful home! When booking the place, we asked whether it was family/baby-friendly, and it didn't disappoint one bit. From its luscious Eden-like gardens to a lovely decorated home and just the comfiest beds...it was hard to wake up :-) The wait staff were extremely professional and helpful, but especially kind, a wonderful reflection of how the owners treat them. The only thing I would recommend is that the pictures be updated to reflect the true beauty of the place; they do not do it its due justice :-) :-) I can't say enough how much we loved it. I am recommending this to all my friends and family. They put the V in Villa. Thank you, Yannick, Noamie-Anne, and Francoise, for opening your beautiful home to the world! I hope to be back soon :-)

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Kibuye. The place is incredibly peaceful, with a stunning view of Lake Kivu that instantly puts you at ease. It’s the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a restful getaway. Watching the lake from the balcony was definitely a highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and scenic escape.
