Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kawasaki

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

Our stay at Ryuji’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, (with adaptors) and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the train station, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. It made exploring Tokyo so easy and enjoyable. Ryuji was an outstanding host. He communicated clearly, responded quickly to any questions, and made us feel very welcome. You can tell he really cares about providing a great experience. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy setup to the local tips he offered. We truly felt at home during our time here. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Ryuji’s place to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you for making our trip so memorable, Ryuji!

Great Location. The train shakes the upstairs a bit but we had no problem sleeping through it and it didn't bother us much during the day.

We stayed at Nikaido Sky Terrace for a week and we had a wonderful time there. The house was pristine, it has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The place is comfortable and there are supermarket and restaurants around the area. There are 2 metro stations nearby to commute to any touristic place. I liked that the house is in a quiet neighborhood which is perfect to rest. I 100% recommend the place and would definitely stay there again when I’m back in Tokyo.

This is my 2nd stay in Yasuo place and always been a great experience. The room was clean modern and tidy, and Yasuo is always been a good host! Will surely always stay here when I am in Tokyo!

This is an excellent home base for a stay in Shibuya. You are less than a 5 minute walk from a convenience store with an ATM and some good snacks, have quick access to the train station, and there's plenty of sights to see right outside of your door. This property was super clean, and we were given so many recommendations and helpful instructions for things inside and outside of the property. What a great way to start our vacation in Japan!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is located between Shibuya and Ebisu in an upscale area. Easy access to the train stations and grocery/convenient stores (we loved Life Higashi Shibuya!). The apartment itself has a lot of space and is nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. We felt very much at home during our stay. Our host, Yushi, was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We would totally come back and stay here again. Thank you very much!

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement correspondant parfaitement à la description. Logement très bien équipé proche de la gare et de la mer. Des snacks et des boissons étaient mis à disposition à notre arrivée.

We had a great stay. East walk to central Shibuya and the scramble crossing etc. Close to food options and 7 Eleven. Nice place felt quite good to come home after a hectic day.

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Mari si vous venez à Tokyo je vous conseille les yeux fermés ce logement le quartier est génial très calme et à la fois il y a pleins de petits magasins autour du logement ainsi que de très bons restaurants l’appartement était génial et très propre un 10/10 vraiment merci

We loved our stay in this Ueno apartment! The location is quaint, yet well connected to the entire Tokyo region. Stay here if you’d like to escape the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku / Shibuya and stay in an area that feels more local. The nightlife also feels more local here - 10 min walk to the Ueno station area and a 15 min walk to the Asakusa area which has a ton of izakaya on Hoppy Street.

チェックインの仕方も分かりやすく説明があったので、すんなりチェックイン出来ました。 広さに満足で、のんびりと過ごす事が出来ました。 駐車場がある事が助かりました。

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond. Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Incredible host with perfect apartment for our 10 day stay in Shinjuku. Communication was amazing as was instructions/suggestions. There was heaps of room within the apartment for all our luggage and shopping. Toilet/bathroom was fantastic as was the amenities . Location was really good, walking distance to all the action and also train station I will be back here during my next stay. Thanks again, Steven and Harley from Australia.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

the home is in a quiet neighborhood directly across from a market that has all your essentials. it is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and recommend it for anyone looking to visit Japan

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.

Loved this place. Couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our first time in Tokyo
