Great host. Good location. Clean, apart from a couple stains on the bed. Also didn’t like that you have to take the trash out while still paying cleaning fees.

Beautiful place in a beautiful and highly secured building. Check-in instructions were clear and easy. The few issues I faced were quickly resolved by Edmund (the host) and he ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He was very responsive and patient with my requests. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again!

The apartment is lovely and looks just like the pictures. It has a cozy, lived-in feel, so you’ll notice some aging in the furniture and appliances, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The location is quiet and convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Leila is an excellent host—responsive and easy to communicate with, which made my stay comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home - warm, inviting, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and just as described. Henry, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and went over and beyond to store our luggage as we had a late flight, which allowed us to explore Nairobi for a few more hours. Betty and Jackie, the cleaners, were excellent - thorough, friendly, and professional. Their care and attention to detail really made a difference. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

I come to Kenya quite often. This is our favorite place. Caroline has always been accommodating and always available for my questions or concerns. The place is pretty perfect in my opinion. Good location, feels safe...I could go on and on but if you are considering this or another place, I say book this one!

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished, with a massive 75-inch TV and access to Netflix which was a nice touch. The balcony offers stunning views of the city, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you’d need. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the indoor heated pool and the high-quality gym equipment. The location is also ideal, situated right across from the Junction Mall, making it super convenient for groceries, restaurants, and everything else you might need. The hosts were also very helpful and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

We stayed at Ruth’s for a few days while traveling through Nairobi. The unit is really spacious, with large bedrooms, private bathrooms, high ceilings, balconies, great location and has a lot of amenities. It’s a great place for a no fuss stopover in Nairobi! Ruth was a great host as well. She was prompt with responses and really delivered a white glove, professional experience. One note is that housekeeping comes every morning to clean and wash. Ruth was also amenable to adjust the timing of this as we needed, as it was a bit early for us on one of our days. Otherwise, it was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the unit, but was also something we weren’t used to. We definitely book again!

À mon arrivée tard dans la nuit, elle avait pris soin de m’informer en amont sur la procédure d’accès, ce qui m’a énormément aidé. Ne disposant pas encore de connexion téléphonique, j’ai pu utiliser le Wi-Fi depuis l’extérieur pour accéder au web à Airbnb et récupérer le code-clé qu’elle m’y avait transmis — une attention vraiment appréciable. Et ce n’est pas tout : alors que mon vol était programmé après 22h, elle m’a proposé une solution qui m’a permis d’éviter de devoir errer dans les rues de Nairobi avec mes bagages. Ce geste témoigne de son souci du bien-être de ses clients et de son professionnalisme. Un immense merci à elle pour son service exceptionnel ! Je la recommande vivement.

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy of intention in every corner of the space, especially in the bookshelf, which honestly deserves its own review. As a writer and PhD student, that part alone was nourishing. And then there’s the meditation room. I’d never even imagined such a space in a home, let alone spent time journaling in one. It’s shifted something in me. I came to Nairobi to celebrate a birthday and ended up reconnecting with my future self. Thank you, Michelle, for sharing so much of yourself with your guests. A beautiful home in Nairobi. The home is very modern with 2 balconies to enjoy looking out over the city. Everything was clean and it felt homie. We got escorted by someone to our room so we knew where to find it. The water for showers was warm and the bathrooms are great. I loved that every room had their own bathroom. Master suit was cool! I hope to stay here again sometime.

Fantastic and spacious 3 bedroom apt on 22nd floor - great view over Nairobi and opposite to JW Marriott hotel. safe location in Westlands, easy access to any location via Bolt/Uber. We truly enjoyed our stay and even extended by 2 days. We will certainly come back to this place, once we visit Nairobi again. Fully recommended.

Shelmith's place stood out in the listings because of its value and we're so glad we booked! Beautiful apartment with lots of space, storage, natural light, spotlessly clean and lovely design features. Mostly we loved it because it was cozy, quiet, in green surrounds, tight security and walking distance or short uber to all you might need. Great bed, comfy sofas, huge TV and a fully stocked kitchen. Shelmith was a responsive and super friendly host and no question was too much. We extended our stay and can't wait to come back next time. Found a keeper for future Nairobi trips 😊

A very nice serviced apartment with a lovely terrace. Daily very thorough cleaning. Water dispenser. The kitchen has electric kettle, microwave, oven and stove, but there were no pots or pans whatsoever. Maybe we could have asked for them, if we really felt like it, because we were actually upgraded to a slightly larger studio when we arrived. So perhaps the room hadn't been fully prepared. But everything else was lovely.
