Spacious (80 sq.m.) and unique apartment with a ~35 sq.m. terrace, offering a panoramic view of the city of Kaunas. You will reside on the top floor, with no neighbors around. The apartment is located next to Kalniečiai Park. Also there is good access to Kaunas Airport. On the rooftop terrace, you will find a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Inside the apartment itself: a fireplace, a large corner bathtub, a double bed, a stripper pole, a television and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hi The apartment is in the middle of main Kaunas street. Excellent place to live, almost all tourist attractions, theaters, universities, old town is just in walking distance. Also it's really quiet at night. The apartment is fully equipped, in the kitchen there is everything you need, also dishwasher, coffee machine. The entrance to the apartment is safe. There are two bedrooms with double beds and sofa in the living room, that converts into comfortable double bed.

We invite you to the lodge in the middle of the linden, where you can rest, listen to music, cook in the kitchen, take a bath in the sauna. When you get up early enough, you can have breakfast with the squirrels visiting the lodge. There is also an opportunity to visit the nearby natural attractions of Kaunas Lagoon Regional Park - Juniper Valley, Pakalniškiai Mound, Dubrava Reserve Envelope, Jiesios Exposure. Vaisvydava quarry and Kauno Marios are nearby.

Bus stop only 5 min walk, taxi service possible. Pick-up from/to Kaunas airport may be provided on request, extra charge. You can spend your mornings or evenings in veranda or small terrace outside. Friendly for kids. The host lives in the same yard. Two cats in the yard!

This apartment is located in a one of the safest regions of the city, near beautiful and old Oak park. The apartment is in a big green yard and has a small terrace for lovely mornings. The apartment is provided with all amenities you could need. I have lived there for a long time and hope that you will like it!

The house is in very good location only 4 km to the city centre (15 min with the public transport). House is very cozy and designed for two persons but it has an extra bed with the possibility to sleep for two more persons.
