Beach condo holiday rentals in Kauai

beautiful home in the middle of Princeville. Drivable distance to grocery store and resturants. Takes about 10-15 mins to drive to hanalei (depending on time of day). Beautiful views of the bay from the backyard. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Cute place to call home for.a few days. Will come back.

Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Briana was responsive and accommodated our requests as well. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic time staying at Sharon’s place! It was the perfect location to have a base for exploring the surrounding area of the North Shore. Her place was spotless and hands down the softest sheets of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back!

We LOVED this little place. By far, this was our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The space was clean, spacious, and decorated so cute! Loved the bathroom counter space and large shower too. Our favorite was watching the sunset from the patio every single night; we made sure to be back every night because of the view! AMAZING! Also truly appreciated the beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.) that saved us money from renting. Loved the hose on the back porch to spray everything off. The closet was also fully stocked with so many amenities including 2 cooler packs that we used daily. We absolutely will be back! Loved every second!

We loved the location! We did rent a car for a few days to explore further but the area is very walkable and the beach within 5 minutes was one of our favorites on the island. Highly recommend the musubi truck and dukes for food! The condo was spacious and clean and had everything you could need in it! Larry was also super helpful and friendly! Would come back :)

Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets and in between were perfect days! We enjoyed our lanai and all the peacefulness there!!! Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was sooooooo comfy. Yes!!!! We would/will be back!

Great location, easy to get to beaches, hikes and restaurants. Great snorkling a short walk across the road. Lots of fish to see and even snorkled with turtles.

Sara's place was unbelievably breathtaking. The location was perfect to get around to all the local eateries. The views of the sunset were breathtaking. I cannot wait to plan another trip and will definietely be booking this place again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredible and the recommendations were so great. There’s a few house rules which I’m not so used to but it was clear from the beginning and definitely helps to keep the place bug and critter free which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time on Kauai staying at this beautiful studio! It was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with anything we really needed. The description and pictures were accurate, and after I asked Andrea if the studio had a beach umbrella in it, she bought one for our stay! It was very nicely decorated, and the space was comfortable for two people. The bed was also large and comfortable, which was nice! The location was perfect, situated a short drive from many nice beaches and restaurants. Andrea was very attentive, helpful and kind, providing us with local recommendations before our stay and providing us with quick responses upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

The place was clean and in a quiet safe complex. The condo is a little hard to find at night but instructions were helpful. Comfortable place and felt at home.

Cari was very helpful & kind in allowing us to check in early and in helping us get acquainted w the area. Beautiful property, with all the supplies we could need. If I go back in fall through spring, I’d definitely stay there. But it was very warm at night sleeping without AC in June.

This place was everything we hoped for and more! The view was amazing—something we never got tired of. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. It was well-stocked for beach days—snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs—you name it, it was there. But my favorite part was walking distance to Hideaway Beach. That spot is a hidden gem—crystal clear water and amazing snorkeling. Highly recommend staying here.

Absolute paradise! The house had everything our family needed, beautiful views and the air conditioning was much appreciated on the hot days. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to great restaurants, a beautiful beach, and access to the athletic club across the street that gave our little ones fun for hours with the resort style pool. We hope to stay here again in the future! Many thanks to Derek for his friendly and proactive communications and a great stay at this beautiful spot!

This is a very nice condo. The beach accessible from the property is excellent and a short walk from the unit. We took lessons at the Kauai surf school which is on the property. We used the athletic club, located just across the street, which has a very nice leisure pool and exercise facilities. Use of the club is included with the rental. We enjoyed going to the nearby Poipu shopping village and Shops at Kukui’ula for shopping and dinner. We enjoyed our stay here.

This airbnb is a true gem!! It has the most beautiful views of Hanalei, and everything you need for fun beach days. The location is great right by the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about our stay!

This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Jake’s apartment is incredibly clean, is in such a fun and beautiful location, and has a view that’s even better than the photos. His space is appointed with everything you need to cook, to have a comfortable day at the beach, and to enjoy the community’s amenities. Jake’s communication was clear and responsive, and he took extra steps to make us feel welcome and accommodated. I’d strongly recommend this spot to anyone who wants a fun stay near Poipu beach swimming with sea turtles and walking to good food.

We really enjoyed our stay at Henry’s Airbnb. Susan, the caretaker, was very responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous and we walked to queens bath and had easy driving access to hanalei. Having three bathrooms was EXCELLENT for a girls trip and we loved the screened in porch off the living room. We have never stayed at a better equipped rental. It was a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Alex’s Tropical Paradise is a lovely upper, corner unit at Kiahuna Plantation. It has a modern vibe that is beautifully decorated with bright, airy living space and lanai. It is comfortable and clean with an ocean view. All amenities are provided making the stay very relaxing. Great to have access to the athletic club across the street. Highly recommend!
