Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay in Arianna's charming, comfortable place, which was decorated with a real style eye. Location-wise, we couldn't think of a better place we could have stayed in the Old Town. It was peaceful but right at the centre of things, next to a smart restaurant and an easy walk to buses. It was a little boho -- the odd missing lightbulb and loose door handles -- but the bed was comfortable, there was a decent shower and it was generally a really nice place to hang out in. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Episkopi, Paphos. The home was nice, clean, and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom was cozy and quiet, with good beds and plenty of storage space. The living area was bright and welcoming. We enjoyed having breakfast on the sunny terrace. The neighborhood itself is charming and quiet, with a real local feel, and we loved being just a short drive away (10-15 min) from Paphos and the beaches. The hosts were kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Cyprus. We hope to return one day!

Even before I arrived here, Mike always took time for me. Mike, and also his wife and son, are very helpful and super friendly, even if I don't speak English well. All questions were always answered quickly. Just great here. I feel at home😊 Kind regards, Monika

We stayed here last year and this year it was just as lovely! The place is easy to check in, very clean and felt right at home when we got there. Kiosk right next door with everything we needed, and near everything we wanted to do. Thank you Adrean for a great stay again

We felt very comfortable in the Airbnb. Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything you need. This is always very important to us, as we like to cater for ourselves. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't get much from the neighbours, we were almost always alone in the pool. The hosts were super nice and helpful. We asked for a high chair for our baby and were provided with one on the same day. Yes, there is a construction site opposite, but it did not bother us. Conclusion: absolutely recommended. We'd love to come back. :)

Christian's villa is an amazing accommodation! the view over the coral bay is just incredible! The swimming pool and the bbq will make your stay incredible! The house is very well equipped and clean. We got clear communication with Christian who was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He kindly offered a late checkout so we can have a last breakfast with the amazing view over the coral bay

Wonderful stay. Excellent pool and really great sized bedrooms! Make sure to pack shampoo/body wash etc as there’s no toiletries provided! We knew that going in so packed accordingly which is why it’s still 5 stars. Thomas was super helpful, would definitely stay here again next time in Cyprus! Good location - out of Paphos but some nice things nearby. As an FYI there are cameras all over the pool area - not a problem for us but worth mentioning!

I thought it was a nice, peaceful, spacious studio. Clean. Well designed. Loved the smell when I first walked in. And the bathroom smelt lovely too; really nice. clean. I enjoyed the big bed. Lots of space to for me to chill on. The balcony was lovely as well. I liked listening to the sound of the wind through the trees whilst on the balcony. The bus stop is less than five minutes away which was cool. The host has a good heart. Was down to earth, warm and friendly. Thank you for having me.

Super clean, very nicely designed studio. Good communication with the host. The only issue is an old, run-down building with completely dark corridor.

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (very necessary). Small but comfortable bathroom, it had some hygiene products available. Kristis was very attentive.

Very nice apartment in Paphos, close to the beach and the tomb of the kings. Communication with the host was great, he was very helpful and responsive. He let us check in a bit earlier the day we arrived which was kind of him. The check in process is easy, all done with the key lock box. I recommend this place without hesitation.

We loved our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and was very well equipped - it also had lots of nice touches like some coffee and croissants/crackers. It was very clean and tidy. The amenities were also great - we loved the pool and having a bar onsite was ideal. The apartment was also very well located, near lots of restaurants/bars as well as the beach and harbour. Ana’s communication was fab. We booked this very last minute as our other Airbnb reservation cancelled on us last minute on the day/night we were meant to have arrived. Once booking, Ana messaged straight away with the check in/check out instructions, as well as recommendations and advice, which was great. Ana responded to all of my messages very quickly and was very friendly and helpful! Thanks for a great stay - we were very stressed as we had nowhere to go when we originally arrived in Paphos and are very grateful we were able to book a better Airbnb with such a great host!

There is a pool in the backyard, easy check-in, 20 minutes walk to the SODAP beach, little noisy street.

We had a wonderful time at this place! We were here for two weeks and felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The accommodation was very nice, everything was clean and exactly as described. What we found particularly positive: if we had questions or concerns, they always responded immediately and helped – the communication was really great. A very big thank you to Cleofe, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and loving. You can just tell that she puts her heart into it – we really appreciated that! There are also many great restaurants in the area, so there is nothing left to be desired in terms of cuisine. All in all: highly recommended! We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the place. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

we did 4 Airbnbs during our stay, the comparison shows a defect in the value for money. In particular, in the details of the "welcome", no coffee, the bathroom has no facilities that facilitate use, just the number of towels, no tea towels. And above all, no answers from the host. not enough to spoil the stay, but not up to the listing.
