The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

thomas's unit is incredible, from quality furnishing, beautiful elegant design, quiet locatin for patong, and the unit was sparkling clean, i could not recommend enough. definitely will return.

Hello, I spent a two-month stay in Madame Patiya's apartment frankly the apartment was perfect tidy spacious, there is nothing missing and the view and breathtaking calm away from the noise of the city. It's true that it takes a scooter to get there because on foot there is a little walking anyway, but frankly I don't regret anything, I'm even disappointed to leave. Thank you so much to Ma'am. Patiya I'll be back 😍

A great place, quiet with views to the mountains. There is a shuttle bus 5 times a day, which is worth taking if you haven't hired a bike - the walk into town/beach is about 20-25 minutes but it can get very warm of course (but the walk/directions are not difficult). The place is excellent, and Maneerat helps if you ask for anything (I have a lot of online calls in the day and she brought an office chair for me to use).....it's not crowded with things but enough to relax with decent TV (I didn't use, but my partner did frequently :-) ) There are some local places to get some food, a small local restaurant opposite which is actually pretty good, but only open for a few hours a day, not sure of the exact times but about 12-6.....when I say restaurant, those who know Thailand know what I mean about 'Local' restaurant....either way, takeaway is also fine). Other places near are all takeaway street style food, with the nears proper restaurants about 15 minutes walk away.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

The villa was the perfect place to stay. Peter was very responsive and flexible. We had a cancelled flight which affected our initial booked days so he shifted the days to suit us without any issues or extra charges. Highly recommend and thank you.

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Evgeny's apartment is in a great location in Phuket Patong area. Lots of local restaurants, large shopping centre nearby (Jungceylon and Central), 5 mins to Bangla road, 10 mins to the beach. Clear communication, a safe apartment block too. Definitely recommended.

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.

The photos are true! It was very cozy as at home. The host scrupulously prepared the room, down to the smallest detail and thank you so much for that! The host is always available 24/7 to help. In the near future, I am ready to come here again and again.
