Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

The place was incredibly beautiful and Oleg was a great host. He was reachable and always helped. Definitely recommend and on my next visit it will be this place again.

Great location. Apartment as advertised. Close enough to the excitement of Patong with plenty around but quiet enough in the apartment to have some down time and rest if needed. Responsive and accomodating host. Would definitely book again.

We had an incredible 7-night stay at Hann's place in Kamala, Phuket! The apartment was surrounded by lush green trees, offering breathtaking views that made our vacation truly unforgettable. Had a good two weeks. The apartment has a lot of humidity, but there is a device that cleans the air and collects moisture. The apartment needs a little cosmetic repair. Otherwise everything was good. There is a sauna on the property. You need to get to the gym on a sharp slide, it's hard to walk there. Overall, I liked everything.

Amazing stay! The accommodation was totally in line with my expectations, with a bonus of an exceptional host, very responsive both for maintenance and for tips for excursions. His mastery of French and English greatly facilitated my stay, which is especially valuable for a little Frenchman like me! I would recommend it 100%. The apartment is spacious, with a large living room, an extensive terrace, and access to many services on site: gym, swimming pools, breakfasts, room service (for an additional charge on site). Taxis or other means of transportation arrive quickly for an average rate of 200 baht to reach the center. For a quiet stay, in a natural and refreshing setting, I recommend it without hesitation!

Our stay at the property was exactly what we were looking for. The room was spacious, the pool was beautiful and the view from the room was amazing. Our host went above and beyond during our stay. Definitely recommend!

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in excellent condition. Exactly as seen in the photos. Majestic views of the Mountains from the living room, dining room and kitchen. Listen to the birds singing in the morning. Junaid and his team are very good hosts and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen and fast internet. Nice black out curtains throughout. Excellent 55” TV with Netflix and reclining sofas. Great 20 meter lap pool. Nice gym and other smaller pool. 45 stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Light sleepers my be awaken at 5:30 a.m. by the local Mosque - call to prayer. Highly recommend to everyone. Five star Hosts and Condo !

Very quiet, secluded, spacious and comfortable living space. Mountain living as it should be. Beautiful! Not close to the beach, but that’s the point... Hourly shuttles are provided to the beach or town, and motorcycle rentals are easy and inexpensive. Wonderful blend of proximity to the beach while providing peace and quiet! Access to two good gyms and three beautiful pools. Recommended!

Clean and spacious studio apartment located in downtown Patong. Walking distance to Bangla Road, Jungceylon etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

The condo is new built. The facilities are included gym, swimming pools and common rest areas under trees. It is comfy and feels like home in the apt. If you driving to check in, it has to do the early registration. When I was checked in, due to long queue of cars getting in, I was able to get in easily without an ask for security. The home keys are easy to attain in the mail box of lobby. The parking is spacious. Parking lot is quite near to the lift for me to check in the apt. It’s few footsteps. The apt is clean and equipped new furnitures. However it is recommended for more toilet papers and kitchen paper. The TV remote was out of battery, so I didn’t enjoy TV with Netflix. The door lock was a bit malfunctioned, it needed a harder push for door locked. When I told the host, he is responsive to send staff to check the door lock, it’s warmed. It is close to Phuket town, a lot of good restaurants out there. Overall, the apt is recommended to stay for weeks.

We were absolutely satisfied, the accommodation offered plenty of space, great surroundings and the view from the balcony is stunningly beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
