We very like the house and its location. It’s located in a quiet area, far away from tourist places. Mostly locals live here. I like to walk with my cat at night outside, calm and quiet space, there are nature noises. You should get a car or motorbike or at least a bicycle because it takes a lot of time to get to the street on foot, where laundries/groceries/hairdressers are placed. By the way, there is a good market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price. Vala is a pleasant and responsive person, she helped us with a transfer from the airport. When we arrived, there were cold mineral water and snacks. Generally, I would highly recommend this place for people, who want to live in a calm place.

Fantastic place, right at the heart of Patong Beach. It is walkable to pretty much everything. Very spacious, and each room was very private. I would stay here again without hesitation

The place was really great and just right for a family. Everything is easily accessible and a lot in the immediate vicinity. A great one can also be rented not far from the property. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

The place was great. The contact with the hosts was excellent. There was nothing missing, we felt right at home and had a great vacation. The only downside was the steps to the property, which can be challenging in the heat. You already think twice about going up from the pool or directly to the 7eleven. So not for people with a disability. It was a good workout for us🤣🤭. I highly recommend this place as a vacationer and would like to thank you again for the great accommodation.

This villa was perfect! A short walk to a clean beach. A spotless pool, AC in every room, regular housekeeping, and private parking. The location is ideal for a peaceful vacation while still being close to entertainment (20 min taxi to Patong - local Vegas). The beach (which was never too packed) and its lively street are minutes away from the villa. For fitness lovers, there’s a great gym just a 7-minute walk away. Also a scooter rental is nearby. A food street around the corner. After exploring the island for two weeks, I can surely say - Kamala neighborhood - is the best. It’s cleaner than Patong, not as crowded as Rawai, and more affordable than Bang Tao. The host was super responsive, making everything easy. My parents and I loved it. I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is truly unique and amazing. One of a kind. It was the gem in the crown of our amazing holiday. Joy was super helpful every single day and felt like family. We hope to be back!

The stay was very comfortable. This place was neat and clean. The pool was an added bonus. Met eduard at the checkout time, he is really humble and down to earth. We requested last min extension for 3 hours extra as we had an infant with us to which he agreed without even charging a penny. Thank you for the amazing stay :)

We stayed here with a family with children, we were satisfied. The pictures and description correspond to reality. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and a large set of utensils, it is convenient for those who like to cook, nearby there are grocery stores and markets where you can buy everything you need. Elena is always in touch and helps to resolve issues related to housing, shopping, etc. Convenient contactless check-in at any time of the day. I liked that the villa is in a closed guarded residential complex, where there are no outsiders and very quiet. The pool is divided into two areas - you can swim even with very small children.

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants.
