You can cook for yourself.Unlike a hotel, there is a wide range of equipment and appliances for everyday living.There are no ingredients. There is free pocket WiFi. The toilet, bathroom, and washroom are separate.There are plenty of amenities.The TV on the first floor is Google TV.Please check your ID in the settings and enter the numeric password.You can watch Netflix and other services if you have a password. There is a fully automatic washing machine.The bathroom can be used as a drying room. There is one air conditioner per floor, but it can cover the entire floor, which is 46.5 m².Please circulate the air with a fan. In winter, you can use a gas fan heater, air conditioner and fan heater with humidifier for heating. On Saturdays, most of the rooms are booked up three months in advance.If you are considering a long-term booking, please reserve the room at least 4 months in advance. Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. The house was built by my husband's ancestor about 100 years ago, and has been remodeled several times to the present day.We fully renovated the kitchen, bathroom and living room four years ago. The site is large and is 1270 square meters (4-5 tennis courts).You can have a quiet and relaxing time. BBQ🍖, table tennis🏓, darts🎯, hand-held fireworks, etc. It's perfect for families, friends, and groups. We have completed an on-site🅿️ parking lot in 2023.About 6 cars can be parked.
