Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. The villa spends huge sums of money and adopts the best building materials, representing the high-tech functional villas of the highest architectural standards in Japan.The construction area of 330 sqm took nearly two years from site selection in October 2017 to completion in February 2019. It has seven rooms and large living and dining rooms. There are two bathrooms and washrooms and two toilets, as well as a Japanese courtyard carefully designed by Japanese garden experts. The all-weather air purification and ventilation system of Japan's highest brand is installed, and the cleanest air is passed through the humidity and temperature control system through a special filter device. The anion generation system feeds into Yashang's space. Yashang’s home is close to the largest shopping mall in Japan-AEON Shopping Mall, within a 10-minute walk. We want to regenerate vacant houses and make them a base to convey the charm of Kashiwa! With that in mind, we renovated the space to be cozy while preserving the good qualities of the old private house. There is a yuzu tree in the garden, which bears fruit from summer to winter. We named it "Yuzu no Ie" because it is also familiar to everyone in the neighborhood. ~ Floor Description ~ 1st Floor It was originally divided into 4 rooms, but we removed the walls and made it into an open floor of 20 tatami mats or more.
