BaliそしてCaliforniaのビーチリゾートを意識してデザインしたことからBaliforniaと名付けました。 隣接する住宅が無い為、安心してアウトドアライフをエンジョイできます！ 通り沿いですので、明るい時間は多少の交通量はありますが、夜はほとんど車が通りませんので静かなプライベート空間となります。 お部屋はリビングの他にツイン２部屋、フォース１部屋（ソファベッド２台）となります。 最大８名まで宿泊可能です。（お一人様１台のベッドとなります）また、8名以上の入館をお断りさせていただきます。（乳幼児等は除きますのでお子様に関しましてはご相談ください！） ルールに反した場合、発覚したタイミングで退室いただき、返金も致しません。 セルフチェックインで１５時チェックイン、１０時チェックアウトとなります。 ペットの来館はお断りさせていただいております。 衛生上の観点から原則的に調味料を置きませんのでご持参願います。 若年者層による器物損壊や備品の紛失に悩まされております。若年者層のごく一部によるものですが、リスクを避けるためにもご予約は25歳以上の方とさせていただきます。

Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.
