Go skiing and walk right on the mountain, or go down to the sea and try your luck with fishing. Many nice skiing and hiking trails nearby. Storgalten, which is a popular ski and hiking mountain, is located nearby. Russelv mountain can be reached directly from the cabin. Grocery store 8 km away, restaurants 4 km away. Nice to sit outside around the campfire on the pitch and watch the northern lights or barbecue.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation. 25 minutes drive from Tromsø, a small village called Skulsfjord you will find this cozy little house right by the sea. Great views and a quiet area where you can enjoy idyllic mountains and natural surroundings. The Northern Lights season is from September to April. If the weather is clear, it will dance in the sky directly from the living room window. Many unique destinations on foot and by boat that the host can inform about if needed and have maps available in the house.

Nearest grocery store is 20 min away (Kvaløysletta). New house with 3 large bedrooms. Fully furnished, well equipped kitchen. Here you have everything you need, with running water and electricity. In addition, there is wood burning in the cabin. Drive on the regular road all the way forward. Parking right by the cabin. Northern Lights Elorado in the immediate area!

Great location right in the neighborhood of Lyngsalpene (Ittunjárga). A nice starting point for trips and activities in summer and winter. If you are looking for the northern lights, you will be able to experience a fantastic northern lights in the winter. The cabin is nicely located surrounded by mountains and sea and the perfect place to experience the Lyngsalpene or just to relax. The cabin is located about 90 km from Tromsø Airport (2 hours drive including ferry). It is possible to rent the sauna in the annex for a daily fee.

The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. We charge NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

Kvaløya Lodge is about 18km (10 miles) from Tromsø Airport - a 20 minute drive on average and is the perfect place for relaxing in quiet surroundings with beautiful views of the fjord and mountains across the fjord. Because there is very little light pollution, the area is a fantastic place to see the Northern Lights (except during the summer months). Kvaløya Lodge is situated on a hillside about 60 metres up from the main road and has been totally renovated recently (end of 2018).

Only 23 km from the airport in Tromsø. Built in 2007. Perfect conditions for watching aurora borealis because you are well away from the lights of the city. Many aurora guids bring guests to this area. If you are very lucky you can also watch killer whales (orcas) from the beach just below the cottage. Reindeers and other animals also live in this area.
