Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Karitane

Kathleens place is clean and tidy. A little bit quirky, house is on a bit of a lean hence beds on a bit of a lean too. Pretty view over the park to the harbour. Little bit of a distance to town to walk than expected, sp reallyyou need a car, and ltd street parking on the street, but parking nearby is easy. Spacious with 2 bedrooms and living area. Peacful.

Beautiful spacious house , warm and clean with loads of character and charm. Very close to town and easy to find.Hosts where very easy to communicate with and very obliging to our needs. We will be back if available next year.

This property is such a gem, it’s a bit like stepping back in time to a proper family bach, but one that has been cared for really well. The position is absolutely stunning; the most amazing view - sitting with the door open listening to the birds and the sea was glorious. And a big walk along the beach below was a great start to the day I cannot wait to come back here, I felt so relaxed after a couple of nights here, I only wish it had been longer. Super easy to drive back to Oamaru, 15 mins tops.

An absolutely lovely Airbnb with all you need! Super kind hosts made us feel right at home, and overall a very well appointed home with everything you could need! Gorgeous high quality linens too. We loved our stay thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Christine's place and would stay there again. Our group had four adults and two children. There was plenty of space for all of us. The nicely landscaped yard and expansive deck were much appreciated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. On the short walk from the house to the beach we were even fortunate enough to see a baby sea lion.

Neroli is forward thinking in providing for every need. Beautiful and clever beach style decor, bright and airy, plenty of soft blankets and a wonderful fireplace to take the chill off! Neroli is wise to provide helpful labels on all the switches and detailed instructions which certainly helped these Americans with using the appliances. Plenty of space to spread out and play games. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and more for cooking meals together. We were so pleased to make memories in this tranquil spot and watch daily sunrises over the ocean and sunsets at the mountain view side. Thanks for sharing you delicious eggs also!

A very welcoming apartment. Stylish throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture in the living room and nice tall windows in most of the rooms. It's also nice to have both a washing machine and dryer. This is an apartment to make sure to come back to on the next visit to Dunedin.

Beautiful apartment. The description for the car park was spot on, we hired a small car because of it thankfully - it wouldn't fit a bigger vehicle. Was quite a convenient location, little bit of a walk to the main shopping area but nothing major. would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Vick’s place! The house was exactly as described. The location was quiet, safe.

Growing up in Dunedin, I know the area really well, so I searched for accommodation that was in a safe, pretty area, while being a short drive to places we wanted to go and family we wanted to see. Initially I looked at the Roslyn area, but Jon's place was really the same distance to town, the Botanical Gardens, and my family, and cost less. It was also a really nice-looking place with great reviews and right next to the cycleway, so that we could just cycle out and start our trip around the harbor by bike (ibike delivered the bikes). One thing I have to say is, the photos don't look exactly the same as the reality - Jon's place is way bigger than the photos appear. We had lots of space for our family of 5. If you have a car, this is absolutely a great choice. Just make sure you pick up groceries when you are out and about - the little store nearby carries a few things, but we ended up going to Port Chalmers to get groceries. Jon was a responsive and thoughtful host.

Jason went out of his way to make our stay special. Perfect for a large family group who love to stay together but aren't squashed in. Coffee machine is fantastic and the view is a time waster. House was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome relaxing home. We stayed over a colder long weekend, but the house was warm and cosy. The log burner was great. Fantastic place for a family to come and relax. Well supplied with appliances and provisions and Alvin is a great host. Can't wait to return in the warmer months.
