Holiday rentals with a patio in Kansas City Metropolitan Area

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in many AirB&Bs and this home in Overland Park is the best one we’ve stayed in! It was squeaky clean, had quality craftsmanship, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you may need, a comfortable bed, and the perfect location! I appreciate that Cheryl and Steve warmly greeted us upon arrival, and were available next door if we needed them. However, they also gave us plenty of privacy. We didn’t cook, but there was a full kitchen we could use if we stayed longer. We appreciated the washer and dryer and closet to hang up clothing as well as the comfortable sleeping cots for our two young kids. The huge Farmers Market was temporary relocated behind the AirBnB, which made a perfect place to get breakfast on Saturday morning. Down the street there was a playground and a park, which would be nice place to go with littles. They also have a swing set in their yard, which was nice for our kids to get the wiggles out before we hit the road. We will return for sure!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Megan is an exceptional host. The place is exactly as described. Perfectly clear instructions for entry and departure. We were very impressed with all the details within the apartment. The bed was super comfy….& I will admit I am a bed snob! My husband and I enjoyed it very much. We loved walking around the area and to the Capital. I will book again in a few weeks when I return to visit my son who lives nearby.

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

We had a great stay at Anchors Away and loved the surrounding area. Plenty of food/drink options within easy walking distance to the apartment.

Great spot. Easy access to restaurants, and attractions, off street parking. Exactly what I was looking for. Kellie gave some great recommendations as well.

We enjoyed staying here. So relaxing, comfortable, clean, stocked with supplies and treats. Everything, including a comfortable bed, that we needed for a good stay. The patio was our favorite spot to listen to the distance trains and fun birds. (so close to get on freeways too)

The house was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood location. Clean, well stocked. We weren’t traveling with small children, but if we were this home had that covered! High chair, pack n play, even some toys… would be great for a young family. I do wish there had been shampoo in the bathrooms - we had to run out to grab some since we forgot. Otherwise, everything was perfect!! Would absolutely stay again.

The home is located in a peaceful, quiet safe area with a fenced yard to die for. Our grandson and two standard poodles loved to run and chase squirrels. Check in was easy and Christopher was responsive to all questions and or issues and quite frankly only one issue and it was cleared immediately by Christopher and some new batteries. Grocery and food were within a 10-15 minute drive which was convenient and getting on the highway was a breeze. The home was clean and had amble space to fit the 3 of us plus the poodles, The home is old but plenty of updates made. We would return in future if the occasion arises. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. Thanks Christopher.

Second time staying here at Ashley’s place and it was just as great as the first time. This is the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. Ashley has thought of everything, right down to the tea, coffee, and local treats. The neighborhood is safe and it’s just the cutest space. We absolutely love it here!

Patrick is a great host, he was very responsive and friendly, and everything with check out/check in went perfectly smooth thanks to the details he provided. The home is so cute and so is the neighborhood! We all felt safe and had no concerns about our surroundings. It was clear that the home is well kept and it was very clean for us when we arrived. I also felt like it was quite a bit more spacious in person than I expected based off of the pictures which was a plus! I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone and I’d stay again myself in a heartbeat!

We Didn't want to leave. Austin was such a great host. Had my Daughter birthday there and.....she said it was the best birthday she has ever had. There wasn't anything that we needed. The way things r set up out there made things even easier for all of us.. BEST PART...There wasn't one place you could sit out there that wasn't just absolutely beautiful.. This was the perfect for My Family and friends. Thank u Austin for give my Family something we will remember for life..

This charming cottage was a great place and close to everything we wanted to do. Mary was awesome and checked in with me daily to make sure we didn't need anything during our stay. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone

We enjoyed our stay in this modest but clean and comfortable bungalow. Adrienne was very welcoming and helpful to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative was the driveway needs a bit of repair where it connects with the street.

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

I have experienced two extended stays at Corbin’s Prairie Condo in Topeka. I will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time I am in Topeka. This condo is in a nice complex with quiet neighbors and plenty of very close parking. The surrounding area is in a very safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable coming and going at all times. The condo itself is just as inviting and comfortable as the pictures. The kitchen has all of the things you need to actually cook and clean up. There is empty cabinet space in the kitchen, and lots of drawers and closet space for your own belongings in the bedroom. This feels like a comfortable home in a way that very few other short-term rentals achieve. There is also easy access to a popular multiuse paved trail system about a block from the condo as well as a popular disc golf course in the same area. Corbin himself is very friendly and super responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying here.
