Timber decks front and back and a level lawn give you plenty of places to relax. And we now have internet! Which most golf course cabins are missing. The gorgeous 'Loughmore (pronounced lockh-more) Cottage' is an original Irish settlers slab hut, circa 1900. It is conveniently located in the heart of the village, Kangaroo Valley. Close to restaurants, cafes, an eclectic mix of shops, 'The Friendly Inn' pub and fun activities like canoeing and horse riding. The cottage is very cosy with a nostalgic ambience. It's the perfect place for the ultimate romantic getaway. Bed linen, towels and 20kg of firewood (Winter months only) are included.

Eco Cabin on beautiful farm close to beaches

Ooaree Farm Cabin is on a beautiful 140 acre farm in Rose Valley. Best suited to couples. The main bed is a king size mattress on a mezzanine level with steep stairs. The sofa turns into a queen size bed. The toilet is a modern composting toilet which does not smell if used correctly. 10 min to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama. It is a working farm and cows may be on the driveway and around the cabin. The drive way is 800 m and unsealed. No wifi and phone reception is patchy.

The marble bathroom is stunning. Outside is a wonderful area for dining day or night with a gas BBQ. Privacy screens separate you from the main house. Scribbly Gum cottage is beautiful and rustic, a renovated original settlers cottage relocated to Kangaroo Valley in the 1990's and lovingly restored. There are rural views from every cottage window. Our place is perfect for couples who love a rustic country feel, with a cute little fire pit out the back. There is nothing better than watching the sunset from our lovely cottage. Kangaroo Valley is known for how bright the stars shine at night.
