Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Kangaroo Point

There is a reason that everyone who has stayed here has given five star reviews. Liis has really thought of everything. This is a top notch Airbnb. And Liis really is a super host. A beautifully decorated, private, quiet, city sanctuary. The linen and bed was just beautiful. We had great sleeps! We enjoyed the amazing array of restaurants right on the door step. The trendy James Street area was a stones throw away from the apartment. There was nothing about this place that didn’t live up to or exceed our expectations. 1000% would recommend and hope to return one day soon.

Leah’s apartment was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and the views were absolutely stunning! It was extremely clean, and the laundry was convenient. We would highly recommend staying with Leah :)

The apartment was lovely, clean and new. The view from the rooftop was spectacular and the kids loved a swim in the pool in a hot brissy day. There wasn’t a lot to see or do in the immediate area around the apartment building but was absolutely great having the city cat straight across from the terminal so quick easy access to the city and Southbank.

This is a lovely clean apartment in a terrific location with a nice balcony for watching the city lights. It had everything we needed and I'd definitely hire it again.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than the photos—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, conveniently situated between the city and the airport. Harold was a fantastic host—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

After 2 negative AirBNB experiences within the last 6 months, it was such a relief to stay at Kateryna's place. It was clean, it had everything that it said it had, everything worked. Thanks Kateryna for being a decent person and caring about the guests experience. It makes all the difference. I highly recommend Kateryna as a Host and her apartment.

Spacious, clean and in great location. Well appointed kitchen and a very comfortable place to stay for our short trip to Brisbane.
