Has 2 separate entrances, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, small lounge with TV, plus larger rumpus room (with books and games) in which to relax. Situated on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking the valley, this home is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Strictly no smoking. No pets permitted.
