Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kane County

Lucy's place was perfect for our road trip. We had spent the day in Zion and were headed to Bryce Canyon next. Staying at Lucy's gave us the opportunity to enjoy the Carmel tunnel and scenic drive east of Zion while giving us a head start on our drive to Bryce Canyon the following day. Lucy gave us the recommendations we asked for which were extremely helpful. There are a few food places (1-2 restaurants and 2-3 coffee shops) in the area but not extensive options. We grabbed some made to heat dinners at the market in Springdale/Zion and used the microwave at the Airbnb for an easy and more affordable meal.

This was a fantastic stay and experience! Evan's place is superbly clean, comfortable, and instantly felt like home. The kitchen was the perfect size to cook meals, and had everything you'd need. The King bed is super comfy and peaceful. Evan was a lovely host, always available if I needed anything or for suggestions! The house itself is situated within a beautiful canyon, with walking trails just a few steps away. And, Kanab is the perfect jumping off point to visit Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Antelope Canyon, The Wave, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Not to mention, all the other amazing state parks and hiking trails in town and surrounding areas. You will never be bored!

The place was amazing and exactly as advertised. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit Zion or Bryce Canyon national parks.

This place was the cleanest Airbnb, VRBO or hotel we have ever stayed in 7+ years! (We average about 3-4 a year) It says a lot about who the owners are and the values they hold on to. 🤓 We would stay with this host again in a ‘heartbeat”.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Alles lief Reibungslos. Auch die Küche war mit netten Kleinigkeiten wie Wasserflaschen, Müsliriegeln und Kaffee ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher und schneller Kontakt bei Fragen vor der Reise.

Lovely base as a couple visiting Zion and Bryce canyon (both around 1h drive). Great value, comfortable king sized bed, well kitted out kitchen. Recommend pickig up groceries from a Walmart on the way if you're going to be there a few days, there are local grocery shops around 20 mins drive, but they have less range. Place was peaceful and lovely after a day of hiking and we enjoyed the location and not having to move to different accom for each national park. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s and I can easily say that Happy‘s place is the best one I have stayed in so far. Happy is warm and friendly and hospitable. The room was comfortable and clean and inviting. I felt right at home. I hope I will get a chance to stay here again!

Beautiful "Home Base" Was super clean, everybody on the property was super nice. Extremely private, the loudest neighbors were the cows! Haha. Would definitely recommend for a cheap stay outside the national parks. We did bryce,zion, grand canyon and went to Hurricane for a beautiful lake day. lots of driving but it was a great midway point for our itinerary. Awesome little firepit if you wanna do some stargazing and a little grill ok the deck for some dogs/burgers/steaks. Being from New Jersey, an awesome experience/culture shock. Me and the lady had a lovely time. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind driving a little bit, there's tons to look at on your drives. Thanks again.

We had an awesome stay! This stay is conveniently located to Zion and Bryce but also in a nice town itself! The space itself was perfect for what we needed and super clean. It had everything we needed, you could tell it was well thought out. We also had a really good experience with the hosts, they accommodated a need we had very well! We would recommend this stay to anyone!

Our stay was amazing! We all felt right at home and it was perfect for our two dogs. Shelly and Nancy go above and beyond providing supplies like dog bowls, treats, and dog beds. The dog run was a great space for our pups and we all loved relaxing in the living area after long days of hiking and sight seeing. Kanab is a beautiful town and there is really so much to do nearby. I would love to stay here again whenever we come back!

Beautiful, relaxing location was a perfect counterpoint to all the great outdoor activities available in the area. So glad we came in April. Great weather and less crowds.

The Apple Hollow Tiny house cabins are in a great location for exploring the east Zion area. This was our base camp for 3 nights while we did some canyoneering, horseback riding, and hiking in Zion park. It is close to Orderville and the east Zion entrance. Quiet place too. We'll come back to these cabins on our next trip for sure. Thanks!

Our group of 4 adults loved the house, well stocked with everything you will need. Fanastic location. Will definitely stay here again when in the Kanab area.

This home was so beautiful and my little family felt right at home, we are definitely coming back if we come back up this way again, would definitely refer family and friends to check it out, the patio and hot tub was amazing, thanks again Camille! We made some great vacation memories for sure.

We were pleasers with the location and hosts! Comfortable bed, clean and cute place. Relaxing hot tub at the end of hiking days. Alex and Vanessa were readily available when we needed them. If going to both Bryce and Zion this is a good location, but know that you do need to drive a bit to get to the parks.

Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! Everything was beyond amazing—from the super comfortable beds to the fully stocked amenities, this place had everything you could need and more. The host was an absolute gem—100/10! Incredibly helpful, responsive, and made our stay feel effortless with great communication and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Located perfectly for exploring all the hot spots in and around Kanab—Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and even the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

The condo was nice and cozy. The beds were advertised as queen but we felt like they were a little small. The WiFi was very slow but other than that it was a great place to stay. There were some rules for our checkout that we needed to do but they were reasonable requests, nothing tedious. I would rent here again!

I picked this place for my birthday because I wanted a peaceful getaway, and it totally delivered! The house was gorgeous, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent the day playing board games and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

This place is a gem in Kanab, Utah and convenient to local and national parks attractions. The beds were comfy and the condo felt warm and inviting for guests. I would highly recommend staying here, one of the better stays in the area to enjoy. Excellent host! thank you

very nice location, close to bryce canyon which we drive to. the place had a total of 4 toilets which we absolutely appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect—cool but not too cold—and the condo was super clean and cozy. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Bryce Canyon and within walking distance to Duck Creek Village for food and fun. It was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Host was great, friendly and good communication. We’re already planning to come back with the kids next time!

WOW!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO DUCK CREEK YOU MUCH STAY HERE ... IT WAS THE BEST WEEKEND WE HAVE EVER HAD. WE STAY IN DUCK CREEK 2-3 TIMES A YEAR ALL DIFFERENT CABINS AND THIS IS BY FOR ONE WILL BE BACK. Great location, quiet area but close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Kanab. Very comfortable master bed. Grateful for JoAnn allowing an overnight stay with a wonderful dog from Best Friends!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! Despite being right off a dusty road (with frequent dust in the air from off-road vehicles), the inside was very clean and well kept. With that said, there was a lot of dust outside that prevented us from wanting to sit and hang out on the deck. We were there for a long weekend though so the traffic may have been worse than usual. Overall, the location was great, the kitchen was well stocked, and communication with the host was fast. I would recommend this Airbnb!
