Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kandy

As a traveler and who love mountains, i never stayed before like this, The View and the rooms 😭❤️ . Only thing is there are two are three big steep roads to reach the property, But guys it worth it. Thank you chanaka for the beautiful home.

Fantastic home and some great help from Danuo and Praba who cooked some fantastic food and were always there to help and offer services and information . Praba was a great Caddy ! Overall a fantastic host, house helps and definitely recommend for families and friends coming to Victoria

Our stay at Wildberry was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible host and the manager, who went above and beyond to take care of our every need — their attention to detail and kindness truly made our experience special. The food deserves its own standing ovation — every meal was bursting with flavor and better than anything you’d find in the city. It was clear that love and care went into every dish. And the view — absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such serene beauty each morning felt like a dream. Wildberry is a slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

great location for sri lanka middle part sightseeing. house and swimming pool much bigger than on photos. was better than expected. safe and quiet. Spend really good time. dinner and breakfast possible.

Rohana was extremely helpful and responsive. The house is at a very convenient distance to all of central Kandy and it's locations. The neighborhood is extremely safe and walking distance from stores and quite a few restaurants. The caretaker Gihan was very polite and gracious. He offered to pick us up and drop us at the railway station. The views from the residence are serene and cover a large section of the Kandy Valley. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to spend a few days in Kandy. We loved our stay.

We had a really nice experience in this AirBnB. The owner and his brother were really kind and helpful! It’s even bigger than on the photos and has a nice view and very calm. You should know that there can be some insects like ants or mosquitos since it is directly surrounded by nature, which was no problem for us :)

Host is amazing on communication and the place is really good for a long stay. Wish we could stay longer

The host were very warm and welcoming. Every room had the mentioned amenities. We checked-in pretty late, but the host had zero issues with this and didn't bat an eye! Staying here literally felt at home - warm hosts, zero disturbance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kandy!

Candy Home is a perfect stay in Kandy and Gayan really is such a kind man. I asked him questions regarding my travel plans and he was very supportive. I felt so at home I booked another night... If you fancy some wonderful food there is a great vegetarian restaurant on the left when walking to the bus station. Their food is absolutely gorgeous and I went twice during my stay in Kandy and loved their kindness and generosity..

Fazly is truely an exceptional host who went above and beyond throughout our stay. The accomodation was spotless, and those balcony views just stunning. We ate delicious breakfast and dinner made by his wife on the balcony which saved us having to go out. We were really made to feel at home, more than any Airbnb previously visited. 10 out of 10, if you are visiting Kandy look nowhere else.

The property was absolutely worth the price—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all amenities. Amal (if I’ve spelled it right) assisted us really well throughout our stay. Just two small suggestions: the door in the bedroom behind the TV needs a bit of repair, and it would be great to add a sunlight-blocking curtain for that room’s balcony, as the morning sun was quite strong. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Felt right at home. Peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. The place is ideal for a couple or a single traveler. Pro tip if you take the train go to Kandy and use Uber or Pickme to the location. The Peradeniya Station is closer but harder to hail a ride. I would definitely come back for a visit.

This place is a nice homestay. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and our landlord was a very nice lady. We had a very good breakfast in her dining room and this is an experience that you will not get at a normal hotel. Thank you Cecilia Cottage for the hospitality and also for the nice and interesting conversations we had.
