I stayed here for 6 months - the place is very comfortable and the location is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful, the internet is fast, and the hosts are very responsive. The water takes some time to heat up in the showers, but is otherwise comfortable in the Merida heat. Caro and Vic were wonderful hosts and I highly recommend staying at this location for short or long term stays.

Everything was very good, only the Internet service failed, it connected and disconnected and was a little slow

It is a beautiful house, in a beautiful and quiet subdivision. Susan's service was friendly and her answers were always clear and quick. Definitely a good option to return

Very cozy little home. Well worth the price. We had a couple of issues with the water and water heater and it was resolved swiftly. Couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Great value. Johaly is very attentive, excellent service. I would only fix some of the bathroom grilles that can let in mosquitoes, but this did not affect our comfort. Good cheap option.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention to the house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives you peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

Our family had the best stay at Hugo‘s house! We really loved the courtyard with the pool and lush trees and plants. It was refreshing after a hot day touring around Merida! The beds were cozy with the fans and air conditioning keeping us cool at night. We were able to walk to anything that we wanted to do in town. Thank you so much for having us!

Steps away from amazing cafes and restaurants, right in the heart of Centro but still so peaceful. The pool was refreshing and clean and we loved how large the outdoor space was. Excellent stay!!

Highly recommended place, quiet to rest and work.

The house was beautiful, exactly as described and pictured. Located on a very quiet street. Supermarket and bus stop 1 block away. Bus terminal walking distance. Neil was very responsive and helpful with suggestions when we had questions. We loved that we could walk everywhere from the house and felt safe at all times. We highly recommend staying at the house.

We enjoyed the stay to the fullest!! A house with many details, comfortable rooms... The patio is very spacious, and with vegetation. The pool is a very good size, clean, excellent for not wanting to leave it! Overall everything was perfect. Jorge and Elva's service was amazing, super attentive and very kind!!! Great place with restaurant close by

Benoit is an excellent host and very kind. He sent us the precise instructions and with these we arrived and entered the house super easily. He was attentive and answered any questions we had. A very nice house, inside a private one with security, but what we loved was the tranquility, silence and peace. We slept really well, we rested like never before. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days of total rest. A very comfortable TV room, the bed in the room is delicious and the bathroom is a spa!! A large pool and garden, we & our dogs enjoy it very much. Highly recommended for spending a few days outside the city, recharging batteries, resting and sleeping deliciously! Casa de Yess is a beautiful property with privacy, a great pool, plenty of light throughout, and a separate casita that is self contained. It's a personal oasis and perfect for relaxation. David and Daniela are exceptional, thoughtful, and responsive hosts. I will definitely book a return visit at this unique and exceptional property.

Great place & location

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the little swimming pool and having a kitchen. Secure, off-road parking for the rental car was a plus. Francisco Jose was very responsive and a fantastic host.

Adriana's house is the best. It's close to the airport. It's comfortable. It has space for a car. I highly recommend it. On my next visit, I'll stay with her :)
