Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kanab

Awesome house for our family. Location was great, the hike in the backyard was great! We hadn’t played ping pong in years and had some great games! Kitchen fully stocked, the place was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

I have stayed at Nancy and Shelly's properties a number of times now and will continue to do so. The location is central to town, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and adjacent to K-hill for walks with pups. I tend to prepare most of my meals and the kitchen is stocked with utensils and condiments. The first couple of evenings were cool this trip, so we enjoyed the wood burning stove, which was SO nice. Nancy and Shelly are extremely responsive, even texting and calling one time when I pocket dialed because they thought they missed my call and wanted to make sure everything was OK. There are games and puzzles (which were enjoyed!). I highly recommend staying here!

The Hacienda is a truly unique property! Our group loved all the sitting areas as well as communal spaces and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the large dining room was so beautiful to gather in. The home was very clean and we loved our stay! Thank you Donna!

The house and property were absolutely perfect and charming—conveniently located to all the various hikes and adventures we went on, and to top it off, Kanab is a total delight. We loved all the attention to details (record collection, quality amenities, decor, etc). It was a truly tranquil, comfortable, and wonderful stay!

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

We volunteer at Best Friends every year. This is the first time in this house and we absolutely loved it. Will certainly return.

This is a great vacation rental. It is exactly as shown and described. My parents who were visiting from out of the country absolutely loved it as it made them feel at home. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The place is also located very close to a supermarket so that was very helpful. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions which made it very easy to check-in and checkout. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are even in Kanab.

Felt at home once inside the Air BnB. Keziah is a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The town itself is close to national parks and lots to explore nearby like Dinosaur Tracks Trail, Sand Caves, Belly of the Dragon, Best Friends Animal sanctuary, Zion and Bryce Canyon. The town is very quiet so you definitely will need to drive to restaurants in Kanab if things are closed in town. The town of Fredonia is a little run down but the air BnB is definitely not, beautiful and homey.

This is a great location near many things to do and see. Our dog was welcome, and the place had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again! There is a little road noise if you’re a light sleeper, be aware. It didn’t bother us, though.

Everything was exactly as described. A quiet place to stay in a fantastic location for probably the best price in the area. And a great added bonus: Happy is a fantastic host with plenty of recommendations for the area and more. Added some fantastic places to our road trip which we otherwise would have missed. Fantastic! :)

This was a great place to return to after a long day adventuring. So many amazing things to see in this corner of Utah that we stayed here for a week and made this little house our home. The kitchen was perfect to cook at home and the location is so close to town if you decide to go out instead. The hot tub was a main reason for booking this location but it was sadly "under repairs" when we asked about it with "no maintenance on site". That was a bummer and would have loved that to have been included on the listing. Also worth mentioning, the bedroom wall is shared with another unit so if you are a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. Otherwise you'll be real familiar with how often you're neighbors use the bathroom at night. It's also right next to a main road which isn't shown in the photos. Overall this place is perfect for setting up a home away from home while seeing all the beauty Utah offers. Make sure to visit Best Friends Sanctuary!
