Dammuso and Macasenu

Dammuso was renovated from an old warehouse to preserve produce and wine from the farm. It is part of a group of nearby but independent dammusi ( U Locu, U Macaseno, U Kharbè, U Sarduni ) . Dammuso consists of a living room dining area with kitchenette and a double sofa bed, characterized by a large window overlooking the sea, a hallway, bathroom with shower and large double bedroom. Outside large terrace equipped partly covered by cannato and partly usable as a private solarium. Air-conditioned. Sleeps 2 with the possibility of using the sofas for two more places.

Il Dammuso è una struttura tipica dell' Isola di Pantelleria costituita da spesse mura in pietra ,che mantengono una temperatura ottimale all'interno dell'abitazione, ampi soffitti a volta. The 30 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person on the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 loft bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Le Case del Principe are located on the beautiful and enchanting island of Pantelleria, in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, between Sicily and North Africa. Our houses were built in the ’70s by Prince Paolo Sallier de La Tour and his wife Costanza, who created this little oasis of peace and relaxation in the place they loved. We have seven “dammusi”, as the stone-built houses typical of Pantelleria are called, each far enough from the others to ensure its own privacy and silence.
