Къщата се намира на асфалтирана улица с лесен достъп за автомобили. Къщата разполага с 4 двойни стаи и 1 тройна стая със спалня и разтегаем единичен фотьойл. На разположение на гостите е външно барбекю, механа с барбекю/камина и кухненски кът, детски кът и интернет.
