I like DIY myself, so I renovated it almost by myself while enjoying the nature in Izu on my holidays, and it took about 2 years to finally complete it! I used a lot of wood, so I think you can enjoy the warmth of nature with all five senses. I value the feeling of "living with nature", digging bamboo shoots in spring, making rice from early summer to autumn, and growing natural yams in winter. There are several day-use hot springs nearby, and the giant supermarket "Don Quixote" and the popular tourist shopping mall "Marine Town" are also conveniently located 10-15 minutes on foot. From the veranda of the house, you can watch the fireworks display and the sunrise from the sea. Swimming, hot spring tours, fireworks viewing, and business use are also welcome. 15-min. walk from Ito station, 5-min. walk to the beach. Parking space is available. A villa located in a forest at an altitude of 430m, 40 minutes south by car from the Atami Pass Interchange on the Izu Skyline (toll road), overlooking the magnificent mountains of the Izu Peninsula. Based on the concept of "creating memories that will remain in the hearts of visitors", I shared ideas with my wife and daughter, renovated the space myself, and created a space that can be enjoyed. A log house with a chimney stove, a large wooden deck surrounded by bamboo forests, and a living room designed for relaxing and playing with loved ones.
