We renovated a house and finished the interior to make it a modern home.It can accommodate up to 8 people.This is a family-friendly facility with all privacy.The air conditioning is one on the second floor.The building is 72 m2. There are 2 rooms, Western and Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor.The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people.There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If there is a request for distribution, we will comply with it.If not, the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor is preferred. On the first floor, there is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom. One car parking is free.It is small, so large cars are not. There is free pocket WiFi. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities and towels and dryers are prepared for normal living.Please check the inside of the room on the image or Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all about 3-7 minutes on foot.It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

Akizuki Craft Garden Main Building This is the perfect facility for groups of up to 7 people to stay without being disturbed by anyone. While it is a private rental, there are 3 separate rooms that can be locked with a key to secure a private space. There is a paved parking lot in front of the entrance. It is available for guests to use free of charge. The key is auto-locked, so you can get your ID at check-in and then come and go as you like. A small stream flows in the courtyard, there is a terrace in the living room, and a large garden with a fountain, with a view of the rice terraces and flowers of a Japanese samurai residence, and when the river is flowing, you can see fireflies dancing. There is also another 2-story apartment hotel (newly built) on the same premises with 3 rooms (hotel specifications) with a capacity of 6 people (3 rooms x 2 people). Each room has a terrace, and the first floor is fully equipped with a professional kitchen, and a living and dining space where parties are allowed (maximum capacityand a large open terrace, making it ideal for group guests. You can also rent out both buildings for a group of up to 13 people. There is also Akizuki Castle Town Brewery on the premises, where you can experience Akizuki Craft Beer, made with Akizuki spring water.

A complete renovation of a 120-year-old traditional house. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

A clean and cozy one-room apartment for a woman, conveniently located just 1 minute from the subway and bus stop. 24-hour shops are nearby. The room includes cooking utensils, a rice cooker, and a semi-double Sealy bed for a comfortable sleep. There are also 3 washer-dryers in the building. The maximum stay is 180 days a year, so please book early. This resets every April. Updated pricing for quality maintenance: from ¥5,500/night in 2026, with possible slight increases due to Japan’s inflation.

Niwa House is a small renovated 2 bdrm house, part of our 4 fully renovated Japanese houses (OKO, Casa Kura & Gallery House) Rear wooden deck onto a Japanese garden. Modern bathroom. Dining and living space with open fully equipped kitchen; WiFi, 50" smart TV with BBC and CNN; library of craft and art books; large collection of antique Japanese pottery and lacquer-ware.
