The house has undergone a complete renovation in 2024 during which we created space that fuses soft contemporary design with a traditional Mediterranean architecture.

About 100 meters away there is a park with a beautiful sea view. 2 minutes away there is a supermarket and a pharmacy. The hospital is 30 meters away. 50-80 meters there is market and post office as well as restaurants and bars.
