tempatnya ok sesuai deskripsi. bersih, spacious juga. mnurutku cuma bed nya aja agak kurang empuk, sama ada suara toa masjid pas subuh kdengeran kenceng banget, saya di hari awal saja agak terganggu, tp stlh mnyesuaikan, tidak mengganggu lagi.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making it feel like a home away from home. Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

Good location walkable to china town and TransJakarta station. There is a convinience store, starbucks and some local and Chinese eateries downstairs. The building may not be the newest, but the furniture and equipment in the apartment are brand new. Nice and responsive host. Will stay again next time.

Jeffry's unit is great. We stayed for a quick business visit and totally glad with the unit. It's just as good as it's desribed. Jeff is caring, always tried to make sure we have a smooth check in and stay. Really worth the paid.

The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!

Love the apartment and its location. Staff within the complex were always wearing a smile. Host was extremely helpful and responsive via the airbnb app. Water and dispenser provided. The unit overlooks a water body where children swim and people fish. It is a short and enjoyable walk to the entrance of apartment complex if you want to go to the mall next door. A few times the security on the grounds offered me a buggy ride to the entrance even though it’s really just a short walk. They would even help to stop the traffic for me to cross over to the mall. There is a small alfa mart right downstairs next to the lobby if you just want to grab some quick snacks. Also a japanese restaurant that i never went but looks bustling at night. B1 concierge is a place to hold and send packages if you need. I think they have a fridge? for if you order groceries. Host recommended a great and afforadble laundry service provider and they pick up from b1 too.
