Create memories for life in our large, beautiful and family-friendly home. Our house is newly built (from 2021) with a large kitchen and living room, and a consistently high standard. Here you get 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and an extra shower, an outdoor sauna and a large terrace. We live a 30-minute drive from the centre of Tromsø. This is a perfect place for families with children or others who want to stay close to nature. We strongly recommend that you have your own car, as public transport here is very limited.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.
