We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and super equipped – just like in the photos. Especially great was the terrace with grill and seating, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for unwinding. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

The house was smaller and cozy, everything matched the photos. Everything was beautifully clean and ready according to the promised description.

We were greeted by Hana and a lovely garden. Unfortunately, it was raining and cold, but before I returned to the room, they lit the fireplace. And also I liked the view from the window. The bus centre and the old city are also within walking distance. Hana recommended good cafes and restaurants. Thank you, Hana and Peter.

The apartment is very centrally located. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The decor is with a lot of love for detail and the amenities are very good. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old town; the ability to park was indispensable. It was well prepared and clean. Communication was very good and friendly.

Great place in the very center of Cesky Krumlov. We were lucky to visit in the very beginning of the season and there were not many tourists so it was quite peaceful ☺️

This location was perfect for our planned visit to attend a hockey tournament. The walk was easy and enabled us to take advantage of restaurants in the square between games. Apartment is a modern and comfortable studio with extra storage in the entry hallway and a spacious bathroom. This apartment was a comfortable resting place for a busy holiday.

Overall great stay for a couple. The apartment is nice & clean, it has a dedicated bathroom & WC. Two balcons with interesting view to opposite sides. There is a dedicated large private parking spot under the building available. Close to the nature on the edge of the city (Hluboka nad Vltavou etc.). Big shopping mall nearby. A lot of space with new furniture. Just the lights above the dining area could be somehow better. Above-average kitchen equipment. Big fridge with big freezer - good for someone who brings their own food or cook by himself. Maybe one additional medium-sized cooking pot would be even more handy.

We had a lovely stay and felt like at home. Flat is spacious, safe, clean, bright and situated in a quiet residential area. Host is very responsive and accomodating. I would stay here again as it was very comfy.

The place and the view were beautiful! Completely satisfied, cleanliness and everything we needed in the apartment, there is nothing to complain about, absolute satisfaction

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night but enjoyed it very much and would stay there again at any time.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and equipped. Comfortable bed, little scratch with all the utensils to prepare a meal. The village is next to a market, making it easy to buy what you need. The city is close to the sights. My only observation is about the shower, it is poorly positioned and the hot water ends very fast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.
