In a quiet residential area, you will surely enjoy yourself and relax far from the noise and bustle of the city center. 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 toilets, laundry room and wood-fired sauna. Free parking; the yard can accommodate about 3 cars. Kitchen equipment: microwave, air fryer, electric oven, hot plate, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, and in summer a grill in the yard. Waste recycling is mandatory.

Villa Kataja holiday home in Paljakka

Built in 2014, our cabin is located in Paljaka, close to ski trails and mountain bike routes. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass-railed terrace, which runs the entire width of the cabin, allows you to experience the peace of nature in both winter and summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka town centre 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
