Holiday rentals with beach access in Kainuu

We really liked our stay at Ella’s place, it was clean, had all the necessities, Ella’s communication was quick and helpful. Location was perfect, easily reachable, the ski resort was a few minutes away, also walking paces, cross ski paces, shop, lake, all within few min ride/walk. The whole family enjoyed the vacation and we hope to come here again next year for skiing or in summer for fishing.

Mukava pieni mökki hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi mökistä.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's place. Her place was very spacious - more than enough space for my wife and I - and based right next to a beautiful lake in a peaceful neighbourhood. We greatly appreciated the flexible check-in too. Everything was as described and in the photos. Would highly recommend! Thank you, Lisa!

BEST OF THE BEST! Tero is your perfect host, he is friendly, respectful, and so helpful. Minor hiccups during our stay were quickly fixed. Always a pleasure to chat with Tero and to learn about the Finnish culture in that part of Finland. We loved our stay and are looking forward to coming back in the summer!

Sanni’s place made us feel at home but a far from everyone at the same time. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! The place matched the description for sure but being there made us feel serene, safe and natural. It’s the place you’ve been longing for; being back home with someone you love, happy to see them be back, while being eager to lay in the couch after relaxing together in a nice place. The sauna, the lake, the cottage, it was unforgettable. Thanks for having us!

Kaksi lapsiperhettä mahtui hyvin majoittumaan. Erittäin kaunis talo ja maisema.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus, um uns vom Alltagsstress zu erholen und die Natur zu genießen. Die Ruhe und Gelassenheit, die dieser Ort ausstrahlt, ist der Wahnsinn. Man hört keine störenden Geräusche, nur den Wind und die Blätter. Wer einen Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung in Mitten von Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. An Ausstattung im Haus hat uns in keinem Moment etwas gefehlt. Die finnische Wanne mit Seeblick war definitiv ein Highlight für uns. Wir können die Unterkunft von tiefstem Herzen empfehlen und werden hoffentlich bald wiederkommen. 😊

We had an incredible stay at Esko’s place! The location is absolutely stunning, right by the lake, offering breathtaking views and the perfect setting for relaxation. Esko recommended fishing, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience for us. The surroundings are incredibly quiet, providing the most peaceful nights we’ve ever had—ideal for a good night’s sleep. The house itself is cozy and felt just like home. When we arrived, the house was already warm and welcoming, which we deeply appreciated. The location is also very convenient, with close proximity to larger cities like Rovaniemi, Oulu, and Kajaani. It’s also near ski resorts. Having sauna is amazing A short drive away, the town of Puolanka offers everything you might need. Additionally, there’s excellent connectivity in the area, so we had no issues accessing mobile internet during our stay. We highly recommend Esko’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Asunto on hyvällä paikalla Sotkamon keskustassa. Asunto vastasi kuvausta, oli siisti ja kotoisa. Tullaan varmasti uudelleen!!

Eetun Condo-huoneisto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, kaunis näkymä takapihalta lumisiin maisemiin ja hiihtoladut lähtivät aivan kulmilta. Sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui joustavasti ennakkoon. Viestiin vastaaminen nopeaa ja sisäänkirjautumisohjeet selkeät. Pelkkää plussaa!

Persoonallinen ja tilava asunto rauhallisella paikalla. Auton sai pysäköityä pihaan. Hiljainen talo, parveke oli kiva plussa ja sauna myös, vaikken sitä käyttänyt tällä kertaa. Tulisin uudelleenkin majoittumaan.
