This fully equipped moden 2 bedroom home with TVs in each room . The house is only 5 years old . Set on 1.5a of land in a very quite street. Walking distance to Waikuku beach and the Ashley river . 5 mins to pegasus golf club, supermarket and shops . 8 mins to Rangiora . Located just off SH1 and 30 mins to town center and airport .
